5 Healthy Things to do Everyday

Incorporate this nutritious and healthy drink into your everyday lives. I have recently just started 
drinking this and it has really helped me cut off most caffeine from my diet. A lot of us have already heard the bad about fruit juices and the more harm they cause then good, and in replacement of that lemon-water can really help add a bit of flavor into your normal everyday water. Also, use this in replace of your morning coffee or tea and just watch what a difference it can make! 




Read whenever, possible! This is a great thing to incorporate into your everyday lives. Make it a habit to read, whenever you've got time to (or make time for it). And really, you don't technically have to make time to read novels when you can also read articles instead of watching videos! You'll realize the many benefits that come with it as you do it everyday. 




Go for a walk or jog when you can or  get on your feet whenever you can. This not only helps prevent health problems, yet gets your mental juices flowing. When your in a rut or do not know what to do in your free-time; get up and take a walk, preferably outside but if in your case this is not possible, then do something inside. There are tons "at home" exercises you can do at home that may or may not work for you but will definitely benefit you in some way or the other. And speaking of benefits, you should  adapt these habits into your everyday lives to benefit you! Do something for yourself now and then; taking time out for yourself throughout the day at the right times, while still being productive. 



Clean whatever you can, however you can.  This not only means cleaning up your home or room but also cleaning up after yourself whenever you can, clearing unneeded files from your computer's desktop, organizing your closet etc.. and doing it everyday. You don't necessarily have to be a natural born neat freak or whatever but you've just gotta have the energy or passion to do it. Be passionate about  cleaning and most importantly keeping things that way.  You know, if you can't seem to make yourself feel passionate about cleaning g in any way what so ever, then fake it! Fake it till you make it and you'll eventually get there. Overall, try to implement it into your daily routine and I am sure you'll feel lighter mentally.




Make it a habit to do good things for your skin, and you don't necessarily need skincare products (although they may help) but just a passion for keeping your skin clean. Don't constantly touch your skin, eat clean, wash your face with at least soap and water every day and night and you should see the difference.. Coming from an Indian family, skincare is a big thing. We are constantly trying to find products to keep our skin looking good, but truly it is the most basic and natural skincare remedies that you can make at home that usually show the best results!
